Yoga in companies
With as little as an hour’s weekly yoga in the workplace, you are well on the way to starting the day in a manner that will benefit colleagues and customers alike. When you practise yoga on a regular basis, you will experience a greater sense of body awareness and thus greater self-connection between mind and body.
You will acquire tools to combat stress, improve concentration, increase the body’s vitality, strength and flexibility and thus avoid vulnerabilities and injuries. Yogamood classes in the workplace provide a useful toolbox full of powerful, effective Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga exercises.
Breathing exercises will play a key part in your yoga health, as will meditation and mindfulness. Simply put, weekly yoga practice offers greater mental and physical energy with which to tackle work tasks – as well as increased enthusiasm and job satisfaction.
All levels can join in the morning or afternoon classes, which are held in the workplace.
